Privacy Policy

What personal data we process, why and on what legal basis, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights under the GDPR.

These terms govern your use of Revo Chat (revochat.app) (“Revo Chat”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent (“you”).

Parties

  • Seller: Revo Chat subscriptions are sold by Ludexa Group Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 17335104, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Ludexa is the contracting party for paid plans and issues your invoices.
  • Service operator: the platform, its servers and the messaging channel connections are developed and operated on Ludexa’s behalf by ULUMEŞE TARIM FİDANCILIK PEYZAJ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (Istanbul, Türkiye). How personal data is processed is explained in our Privacy Policy.
  • Business use only: Revo Chat is offered only to businesses (companies, sole traders and professionals) for business or professional purposes. The person signing up confirms that they act on behalf of a business and may bind it.

1. The service

Revo Chat provides a live chat widget for websites, a shared inbox for messaging channels (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram and email), AI-assisted replies and a support management dashboard. We provide the service “as is”. We take reasonable care to keep it running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

2. Free trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required. If you do not choose a paid plan by the end of the trial, the account is paused: your data is kept for 90 days and the service picks up where you left off as soon as you choose a plan. After that, the data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You may not use Revo Chat for unlawful content, unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or to mislead people.
  • You must follow the rules of the messaging platforms you connect (for example, Meta’s WhatsApp Business and Messenger policies).
  • On WhatsApp you may not offer the assistant as a service whose primary function is general-purpose AI chat; it must support your own business’s customer service (Meta Terms for WhatsApp Business Platform, clause 4.7).
  • You must comply with the data protection laws that apply to you (such as the GDPR) when you process your customers’ personal data. Our processing of that data on your behalf is governed by the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms.
  • AI-generated replies and suggestions can be inaccurate. You decide whether to turn on automatic replies and you are responsible for the information your assistant gives to your customers.

4. Plans and payment

Plans and prices are shown on our pricing page and in the dashboard in US dollars (USD), excluding taxes. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are taken by Stripe on Ludexa’s behalf; we never store your card details. An upgrade, or a move from monthly to yearly, is charged immediately for the remaining days of the period, less the unused part of what you already paid; a move from yearly to monthly takes effect when the paid year ends. Any tax or withholding due in your country on the purchase is your responsibility and is accounted for by you under your local law; the amount payable is not reduced. Entering a tax ID is optional; if you enter one, it appears on your invoice. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, and the terms of purchase by our Terms of Sale.

5. Intellectual property

The Revo Chat software and brand belong to us. Your conversation data belongs to you; you give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Your rights regarding your personal data are not affected.

8. Language

These terms are available in English and Turkish. If the versions differ, the English version prevails.
