💳Account and billing

When you sign up, your account opens with Pro features for 14 days and no card details are required. You can see the time left in the banner at the top of your dashboard.

When the trial ends, your account isn't closed — it's locked: only the billing page stays open in the dashboard and the widget is hidden from your visitors. Your data is kept for 90 days, and the moment you choose a plan everything picks up where it left off. We send an email reminder 60 days after the lock; on day 90 the account data is permanently deleted.

• Pro: 3 sites, 10 agents, AI assistant, 1 year of conversation history.
• Business: 10 sites, 50 agents, AI assistant, unlimited history, white label and custom integrations.
• No plan limits the number of conversations.

History length decides how long conversations are kept. Closed conversations past that period are deleted automatically; if you set a shorter retention period on the Security page, that one applies.

All plans are billed in US dollars and payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your billing address and, if you like, your tax ID (VAT number) on the Stripe checkout page; your invoices are under “Manage payment method and subscription” on the Billing page. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate.

On the Business plan, you can remove our branding from the widget in the Organization section of the Security page. There's no separate add-on fee for this.
